⚠️ A Warning to Online Shoppers: My Bifocals Were Completely Unwearable


I'm writing this as a warning for anyone considering buying glasses online. My experience was deeply frustrating and I feel compelled to share it. The frames I received are nice enough, but I ordered bifocals and the reading part is placed so high that I can’t see when I wear them. I’ve ordered many bifocals online from Zenni, in different types of frames, and never had a problem. I’m pretty disappointed, since I’m not able to wear these at all. I won’t order from EyeBuyDirect again. Before completely writing them off, I decided to contact their customer service, hoping for a resolution.

Customer: Hello, I just received my order and the glasses are completely wrong. The bifocal line is so high I can't see out of them to walk around. They're useless.

CS Rep: I am so sorry to hear about the issue with your new bifocals. That is definitely not the experience we want for our customers. Can you please provide your order number so I can pull up your details?

Customer: It's [Order Number]. Honestly, I'm really disappointed. I've bought bifocals from other sites before and never had this problem. I paid for glasses I can't even wear.
