A Frustrating Gamble: My Online Glasses Didn't Fit 😫
I'm writing this as a warning for those thinking about buying glasses online. My experience was deeply frustrating and I hope others can avoid it. After waiting for my order, I was so disappointed with the final product. I like the glasses very much but really would've preferred if the lenses were a bit bigger it seems that these are just a little bit squeezed on my face. It's a terrible feeling when something you were excited for doesn't work out. This is what prompted me to contact customer service and leave this review, hoping for some kind of resolution.
Customer: Hi, I just got my glasses and they don't fit at all. They're way too small for my face.
