I’m sharing this as a cautionary tale about my terrible online shopping experience. We ordered glasses for our 12-year-old, but when they arrived, he couldn’t see with them. It turns out the website assumes a pupil distance (PD) if you don’t know to provide one, a critical flaw that made the glasses useless. This led to an infuriating ordeal, and I can tell you from experience, please know you will never be able to reach a human at glassesusa and have a real phone conversation if you call them, so plan on frustration if your glasses are not correct. I had to leave a public review just to get a response and begin a conversation to fix this mess for my son.

Customer: My son's glasses are completely wrong. The PD is incorrect because your site never prompted for it, and now he can't see. Your email support is incredibly slow and I keep having to explain the situation to a new person.

CS Rep: I am so sorry for the error with your son's glasses and for the frustrating experience you've had with our support. I've reviewed your case, and I see a default PD value was used. We can absolutely correct this and remake the lenses for you at no charge.
