My terrible online shopping experience is something I feel compelled to share, not just to vent my frustration, but as a cautionary tale for others. I recently ordered prescription safety glasses, only to receive the wrong prescription, causing immediate dizziness and nausea. It's been impossible to get ahold of a live person to actually help get this resolved, despite multiple chat sessions, phone calls, and emails. I felt I had no choice but to try and get a resolution directly and leave a review.

Customer: Hello, I need help with an order. I received the wrong prescription safety glasses, and they're making me dizzy and nauseous. I've tried contacting you numerous ways, but I can't get through to anyone. CS Rep: I am very sorry to hear about this frustrating experience, sir/ma'am. That sounds incredibly uncomfortable and unacceptable. Can I please get your order number so I can look into this for you right away? Customer: It's Order #1234567. This is incredibly urgent; I can't even wear these. I recommend buying from another company, even if it's a few more dollars, because this customer service has been nonexistent. CS Rep: Thank you for providing the order number. I understand your frustration entirely. We sincerely apologize for the difficulty you've experienced reaching us and for the incorrect prescription. We will immediately arrange for a return and dispatch a new pair with the correct prescription, expedited, at no additional cost. Would you like me to process that for you now? Customer: Yes, please do. Just make sure the prescription is correct this time. I can't go through this again. CS Rep: Absolutely, I will personally ensure the details are triple-checked for the new order. You'll receive a confirmation email shortly with the return label and details for your expedited replacement. Again, my deepest apologies for the trouble.
