My direct feeling and conclusion after dealing with this company are clear: "Shop elsewhere. Terrible company to purchase from if you have any issues with your glasses. They will gladly take your money but when it time for them to fix the issue it seems impossible. The business is pretty much fully automated. When you finally get In touch with someone in India. They are extremely rude and will end the call when they think it needs to be ended. They can careless. Why? Because there's no one else to talk to in order to file a complaint. I will never do business with glassesusa again. It’s feel like your being scammed. That feeling of no way to get help." This entire ordeal led me to leave this review and try one last time to engage with their customer service.
