These lenses are nearly impossible to clean. Even though they have what they call a 365 day warranty, they only offered me a 50% store credit if I choose to return the product. The last item that I find unsatisfactory is that it is not possible to speak to a live agent via phone. This frustrating situation forced me to engage with their chat support, hoping for a simple resolution.
