My Customer Service Nightmare: A Warning to All Shoppers 😡


I am writing this to warn anyone considering this company about my terrible online shopping experience. They will gladly take your money, but when it’s time for them to fix an issue, it seems impossible. After dealing with their automated systems and unhelpful agents, my honest feeling is that you should shop elsewhere. Terrible company to purchase from if you have any issues with your glasses… It feels like you’re being scammed. That feeling of no way to get help. The complete lack of accountability is what forced me to write this review and attempt one last call to their customer service.

Customer: I need to speak to a supervisor. My last two calls were ended by your agents when they couldn't answer my questions. This is my final attempt before I file a chargeback.

CS Rep: I’m very sorry to hear about your previous experiences, that is certainly not the service we aim to provide. I can help you with your issue. May I have your order number, please?

Customer: It’s 105XXXXXX. But I’ve given it out before. Your agents are extremely rude and will end the call when they think it needs to be ended. There’s no one else to complain to. It’s infuriating.

CS Rep: I understand your frustration, and I sincerely apologize for the unprofessional conduct you experienced. I see the notes on your account regarding the frame defect. I can process a full refund or a free replacement for you right now. Which would you prefer?

Customer: A full refund. I will never do business with GlassesUSA again. Just process the refund.

CS Rep: I completely understand. I have just processed a full refund to your original payment method. You should see it reflect in your account within 3-5 business days. I am truly sorry we failed to meet your expectations.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
