This isn't just an inconvenience; these glasses caused me severe dizziness and nausea! It’s been impossible to get ahold of a live person to actually help get this resolved, despite multiple chat sessions, phone calls, and emails. I felt compelled to leave this review and try one more time to engage with customer service because wearing these glasses is unbearable and frankly, unsafe.

Customer: I received the wrong prescription safety glasses, and they're making me dizzy and nauseous. I've tried reaching someone for days without success. CS Rep: I am so sorry to hear that you've received incorrect glasses and have had such difficulty reaching us. That sounds incredibly frustrating and concerning. Can you please provide your order number so I can look into this immediately? Customer: My order number is [Order Number]. This has been a nightmare. I can't even wear these without feeling sick. CS Rep: Thank you for that. I see here that the prescription entered for your order does not match the one on file from your doctor. We need to verify this discrepancy. We can arrange for a free return of the incorrect glasses, and once we receive your correct prescription, we can expedite a new pair. Customer: So I have to send these back first and then wait even longer without proper vision? This is precisely why I've been so frustrated. You sent the wrong ones!
