A Health Hazard and Customer Service Nightmare 🤢


I'm writing this to warn anyone considering this website. My terrible online shopping experience turned what should have been a simple purchase into a health issue. The company sent me the wrong prescription safety glasses, causing dizziness and nausea. It’s been impossible to get ahold of a live person to actually help get this resolved. Multiple chat sessions, phone calls and emails and still I couldn’t get in touch with anyone. I recommend buying from another company even if it’s a few more dollars. After days of trying, I finally reached a customer service agent, and I felt compelled to document our conversation and this entire ordeal.

Customer: I've been trying to reach someone for days. You sent me glasses with the wrong prescription, and they're making me physically sick with dizziness. CS Rep: I am so sorry to hear that. Your health and safety are our top priority, and I sincerely apologize for our mistake and the difficulty you've had contacting us. Can I have your order number to correct this immediately? Customer: It's [Order Number]. I've already sent it in multiple emails and chats that were ignored. I need this resolved now. CS Rep: Thank you for your patience. I see the error on our end, and this is completely unacceptable. We will immediately remake your glasses with the correct prescription and send them via expedited shipping at no cost to you. Customer: And you're sure they'll be correct this time? This whole process has been a nightmare. CS Rep: I will personally double-check the order before it goes to the lab. You have my assurance it will be correct. Again, I deeply apologize for the frustration and discomfort we have caused.
